校長理念 Principal’s Philosophy

  1. 對董事會: 秉承董事會辦學理念,全力推行董事會政策,領導師生齊心達成董事會訂定教育目標。
    To the Board of Directors: Adhering to the educational philosophy of the Board of Directors, execute policy and guide teachers and students to achieve educational goals.

  2. 對 學 生: 以學生為教育主體,為學生規劃、營造優質學習環境,使學生在靈育、智育、體育教育目標中勤奮學習,在內在裡啟發學生認識自我生命價值、對自己充滿自信,在氣質上培養學生禮儀端正、藝才出眾,在人格上鍛鍊學生健康活潑、陽光助人,在學養上教導學生學業基礎紮實、生活知能淵博。
    To the students: Students are the core of education. Set up plans and create appropriate learning environments for students, and encourage students to focus on physical, intellectual and spiritual aspects of development. Inspire students to recognize the value of life and to be confident, civil, optimistic, generous, and knowledgeable.

  3. 對 家 長: 使家長了解學校特色與教育目標,與家長充分溝通以獲得認同、爭取支持,使家長對學生生活、學生生涯、學生學習教育措施充滿信心。
    To the parents: Make parents fully understand the uniqueness and educational goal of the school. Make full communication with parents to gain approval and support. Place confidence in the parents regarding their children’s education, life, and future development.

  4. 對教職員: 致力優質教育專業與服務專業知能,為教職同仁規劃、營造優質工作環境,推展和諧穩定服務熱誠。

    To the staff: Set up plans and create good working environments for staff. Carry out the harmony and stability of dedicated service.
  5. 對 政 府: 掌握教育政策脈動主軸,於異中求同配合政策、爭取資源,推行校務。
    To the government: Keep up with government educational policy and seek resources for school development.

  6. 對 社 區: 廣為宣導三育精神,建立圓滿互動關係; 遠近善交、共榮共和。
    To the community: Promote the spirit of Taiwan Adventist Academy and develop successful interaction with communities to achieve win-win situation.

  7. 對 自 我: 以僕人事主精神,自我期許; 以服務領導精神,開創新局。
    To selfhood: Be God’s servant. With self-expectation in serving that opens up a new prospect.
